PayFlow facilitates the conversion of airtime into fiat currency (NGN) via third-party aggregators. Conversion rates are dynamic and subject to change without prior notice, though the current rate will always be displayed before transaction confirmation.

• **Liability:** The user is solely responsible for sending the correct airtime amount to the specific transfer number provided by the platform. PayFlow is not liable for airtime sent to incorrect numbers.
• **Fraud:** We strictly prohibit the use of stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently acquired airtime. Suspicious accounts will be immediately suspended and reported.

We charge a nominal fee for certain services (e.g., withdrawals). All fees are disclosed transparently. PayFlow is not liable for damages or losses arising from network failure, force majeure, or actions taken by the user (e.g., incorrect bank account details).

Account usage is divided into Tiers (1, 2, 3) which dictate transaction limits. Upgrading requires compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) laws, including the submission of BVN and a valid Government-issued ID.
